Because it is wallet-connect rather than send-to-address, there is no address to paste and no network dropdown to get wrong. You connected a BNB Chain wallet, so the checkout builds a BNB Chain transaction against the BEP-20 contract for the exact order amount.
What you need
An EVM wallet on the BNB Chain network: MetaMask, Rabby, or Trust Wallet. Most wallets prompt you to switch networks if you are on the wrong one, and switching is one tap.
BEP-20 USDT — the BNB Chain version of Tether. USDT is a separate contract on every network and the versions are not interchangeable, so if you are withdrawing from an exchange first, select BNB Chain as the withdrawal network.
A little BNB for gas. A wallet holding $1,000 of USDT and zero BNB cannot pay. The amount needed is small, but it cannot be zero — withdraw a bit of BNB alongside your USDT.
If your USDT turns out to be on Solana instead, that route is supported too and works the same way.
Speed and cost
Credits are added automatically once the transaction confirms. On BNB Chain that is typically quick, though the exact time depends on network conditions when you pay.
ROZO charges a 1% service fee, shown before you pay. OpenRouter's own crypto payment path charges 5%. Beyond that you pay BNB Chain gas, which goes to the network rather than to ROZO.
The order is priced in USDC, so its USD value is fixed when the order is created. Paying in USDT credits the same amount — ROZO handles the settlement to USDC, so you never swap first.
If credits do not arrive
Open your wallet's activity list and find the transfer. That one check resolves most cases.
If the transaction is not there, the payment never went out — usually the wallet popup was dismissed, or there was no BNB for gas. Nothing was sent, so retry.
If it is there and confirmed, copy the transaction hash and send it to support with your OpenRouter payment link or payment ID. Those two identify both sides of the payment.
Do not pay a second time while you wait. A confirmed BNB Chain transfer cannot be reversed.
Is it safe?
This is a wallet-connect flow, so your keys never leave your wallet. MetaMask, Rabby, and Trust Wallet each show you the token and amount before you approve, and nothing moves until you confirm.
It also removes the mistake that costs USDT holders the most: sending BEP-20 USDT to an address expecting another network's USDT. There is no address to paste inside the checkout, so that failure mode is not reachable.
