Same on both paths: OpenRouter does not refund crypto top-ups, and coins sent to an address that is not ours cannot be recovered. Send exactly the amount and network the payment page shows. ROZO adds a 1% fee, shown before you pay.

What is ROZO Checkout?

ROZO Checkout pays a merchant's crypto payment link, such as an OpenRouter top-up, with the coin you already hold. You paste the link, send your coin, and ROZO pays the merchant on the exact chain, token and amount it expects. ROZO is independent and not affiliated with OpenRouter or Coinbase.

How much does it cost?

ROZO charges a 1% service fee, shown before you pay. The network fee for sending your coin goes to the blockchain, not to ROZO, and Bitcoin Lightning and native coin payments also include an FX spread built into the coin amount. OpenRouter's own crypto fee is already inside the link amount.

How long until my credits arrive?

Usually about 2 minutes after your payment confirms on-chain. Stellar and Solana are typically faster, while Ethereum and BNB Chain depend on network conditions. An exchange withdrawal can add the exchange's own processing time.

Which coins and chains can I pay with?

Bitcoin over Lightning (incl. Cashu wallets); USDC or USDT on Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon or Arbitrum; and USDC on Base or Stellar. Native coins work too: ETH on Ethereum, Base or Arbitrum, BNB on BNB Chain, SOL on Solana and POL on Polygon. On-chain Bitcoin and Tron are not accepted.

What if I send the wrong token, chain or amount?

Send exactly the coin, network and amount shown on your ROZO payment page. If a wrong chain, wrong coin or short payment still reached the address we showed you, we can usually fix it within 1 hour: keep the transaction hash, do not pay a second time, and contact support. Coins sent to an address that is not ours cannot be recovered.

Is it safe? Does ROZO hold my funds?

ROZO Checkout keeps no balance for you and never asks for your private keys, OpenRouter login or exchange password. The exact amount is shown before anything moves, and on wallet-connect routes you approve the transfer inside your own wallet. Crypto payments are final, so check the amount and network before you confirm.

Do I need an account or KYC?

No. There is no ROZO account, no email to verify and no KYC form: paste the payment link and pay from your own wallet or exchange. Any checks your exchange applies to withdrawals still apply.

Why is the card total higher than the crypto total?

OpenRouter's card checkout runs on Stripe, which adds VAT or GST at your country's rate on top of its card fee. Its crypto payment links did not include a tax line as of October 2026; that is OpenRouter's practice, it can change, and it does not change what you owe your own tax authority. Compare the totals for the same credit amount before you choose.

Why is the minimum $10?

OpenRouter sets a $10 minimum on the crypto payment link it generates, and ROZO pays that link as issued, so the same minimum applies here. Smaller amounts are only available on OpenRouter's card checkout or with a redemption code.

I paid but the credits have not arrived. What now?

Do not pay again; a second payment does not repair the first. Most payments credit within minutes of confirming on-chain, so check that your transaction confirmed and reopen the payment page to see its state. If it still shows nothing after 30 minutes, contact OpenRouter support with the chain, amount, time and transaction hash.

OpenRouter's crypto checkout shows 403 or my wallet will not connect. Can I still pay?

Yes. The 403 is an account-level block on OpenRouter's Coinbase page, and wallet-connector errors are separate and often temporary, but the payment link OpenRouter generated is still valid. Paste that link here and pay it with the coin you hold.

Which merchants does it work with?
